Face Mask Detection and RFID entry system

The Corona virus COVID-19 pandemic is causing a global health crisis. One of the effective protection methods is wearing a face mask in public areas according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Due to this, wearing mask became a mandatory thing in our life. The main aim of the project “Automatic Face Mask Detection and RFID based entrance for universities and offices” is to develop a model for detecting face mask of the visitor along with Id card validity and the authorized person with valid id card and wearing mask are only alone allowed to enter the campus of mass populated area like institution to make sure that every college/school student or office employee are wearing mask properly. Initially, when a person enters the college or office the primary camera will check whether they are wearing a mask or not. If not, warning message will be displayed. Simultaneously it will check whether the respective person belongs to the institution or not. This project used Convolutional neural network for mask detection and RFID tag to authorize the identity of the students to authorize the identity of the student. This methodology helps in reducing face-to-face interaction and can also be implemented in offices. By monitoring the position of the face mask, we can ensure that the individual is safe and it will reduce the spread of diseases.
